The first construction of its kind is the Al-Jazi Egypt New Cairo project. It is Egypt’s first branded live experience. Founded by Gulf Building & Construction Company, a subsidiary of Sildar Egypt, one of Egypt’s leading hospitality and real estate investing firms. The project was planned and built by renowned architects, interior designers and consultants.
Al Jazi Egypt New Cairo extends over an area of 266,500 square meters, and extends into two separate plots of land that include the following:
- JW Marriott Residence New Cairo, Al Jazi Gardens
- Marriott Residence New Cairo, Al Jazi First
- Marriott Residences New Cairo, Al Jazi Park Avenue
- Al Jazi First Mall New Cairo
Our scope in this project has been Project management, In-house design, Master Plan Design, Ministerial Degree, Design Coordination, Technical Support During Construction, Mock-up Apartments (Turn Key Job) and Value Engineering.
This project has been a collaboration with various architecture companies, interior design companies, and structure consultancies.
